Unused and Unworn Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons and in accordance with UK law, we cannot accept returns of earrings if they have been worn, if evidence of worn or removed from original packaging they will be sent back to the buyer. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.
